Facial Self-Massage

A face reflects how we live. Facial self-massage is not just about beauty: it's about presence. It's about listening to yourself through your hands and caring for your face as a sacred territory where your energy and history reside. This workshop invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your skin through touch. An intimate space to release tension, soften expressions, and awaken the natural vitality of the face.

Bruxism Release

Have you felt your teeth grinding? Have your ears hurt for no reason? Do you suffer from a tense neck and shoulders? These are some of the many symptoms of Bruxism, a condition with various causes, including psychosomatic, mechanical, or due to the consumption of medications, drugs, or alcohol.

As a general rule, we will address the 'original' cause with the appropriate specialist such as a psychologist, dentist, kinesiologist, or doctor. However, that is only 50% of the treatment; the other half is up to us. This is why this workshop is designed as a self-help support to complement what we are already doing with the professional, allowing us greater control and self-care. It offers a holistic view of the symptoms, addressing them through:

- Therapeutic Massage
- Craniosacral Osteopathy
- Naturopathy
- Dien Chan Facial Therapy

Beauty Tools

Beauty is not something to be sought after; it awakens when care becomes presence. Each gesture is a way to return to yourself. This workshop is a mindful practice to care for your skin and energy; a meeting to reconnect from tranquility and mindfulness. You will learn to use facial care tools—such as gua sha, roller, cupping, and manual massage—with attention, gentleness, and purpose. More than a routine, this workshop is a wellness ritual: a space to pause, breathe, and inhabit your beauty from within.

Purposeful Giving and Receiving

An invitation to explore the art of conscious touch through the face. A space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the skin—both your own and others'—with softness and mindfulness. The face holds emotions, tensions, and memories. When touched with presence, something opens: muscles relax, the mind quiets, and energy begins to flow. In this session, you will learn to give and receive facial massage, recognizing touch as a bridge between care and deep communication.

What We Will Do

During the practice, I will guide you step by step through a sequence inspired by self-massage techniques, facial drainage, and conscious touch. We will alternate between moments of giving and receiving, exploring how perception changes when hands become a channel for listening.

Through slow gestures, synchronized breathing, and pauses, we will discover the power of touch as a silent language and subtle medicine.
