Facial Self-Massage

To connect with our face through care and awareness. Facial massage not only improves circulation and skin appearance but also releases tension, calms the mind, and helps us reconnect with ourselves. Prepare for a moment of pure relaxation. We will review techniques to move fluids, relax, and reshape the muscles of our face, neck, and décolleté while connecting with our skin and its rhythms. In this class, you will learn: facial lymphatic drainage, technical language of each stroke, facial reshaping maneuvers, connection, and relaxation.

Bruxism Release

Have you ever felt your teeth grinding? Have your ears hurt for no apparent reason? Do you suffer from tense neck and shoulders? These are some of the many symptoms of bruxism, a condition with a wide range of causes, including psychosomatic, mechanical, and the use of certain medications, drugs, or alcohol. Generally, we address the root cause with the appropriate specialist; however, that represents only 50% of the treatment. The other half is up to us. This workshop is designed as a self-help tool to complement professional treatment and achieve greater control over our own care.
